Cheap rent comes at a high price

I've lived at The Bent Tree longer than I care to admit. I have had numerous problems since I have lived here. My second day my dish washer sprung a major leak and I had a pond in my kitchen for a day. My toilet constantly backs up. It took maintenance 4 days to rectify the situation the last time, and they left me a note telling me I should fix my toilet myself, and not call them. I had a leak in my closet and called maintenance to fix it, which they said they did, but it took several times before it actually was fixed, and most of my clothes were ruined and my closet left moldy, and I was offered no compensation. Perhaps the worst was being locked in my bathroom after closing the door. I was trapped in there for hours. The police had to kick in my front door and the bathroom door to get me out. It took maintenance days to fix my front door. I was forced to leave it unlocked until they fixed it. They said they fixed my bathroom door, but they didn't, and I got locked in again for hours(I have since learned my lesson, and don't close the door). As for management, I love Virginia to death, but the new assistant manager, Michelle is hideous. I have had nothing but problems since she has taken Jennifer's place. She lost my water payment and threatened me with eviction. She dresses and acts in an extremely unprofessional manor. She would be better suited managing a trailer park.
Unless you have a very high level of paitience, I wouldn't move here.
