Beware, i heard the management are the only ones who are writing the good reviews here. Don't be fooled. They changed the old broken siding with crappier siding (yes, illegal immigration is a problem). They replaced a crappy swimming pool (the pool wasn't the problem, the decrepid decaying wooden deck surrounding it was. All of the washers/and or dryers are broken in one laundry room (roach central) and in the other, they just keep your quarters. Additionally, the management will not have anything fixed to save your life. It is definitely not worth it.

I'd like to address the following issues that were brought up: I want to reassure you that management does not write reviews about Bent Tree Apartments. The only wood deck we have at either pool is the one by the office, and it is not decaying. The siding being used are hardi-planks which are of good quality. Also, the exterior work being done at Bent Tree has been contracted to a reputable company. We contact WEB everytime a machine has malfunctioned and if money is reported as being lost in the machine. Please do not hesitate to come by the office if you feel you need to discuss these issues further. We have an open door policy and we are always available for our residents. Thank you.
