Don't live here. There are birds for management. You would think they are humans but they are birds. My ceiling leaked for months and everytime I reported it was lied to over & over. They'll fix it when they want to. They might as well have said that instead of lying. You making yourself look bad. Bird A** phonies!! I think these apartment places in san antonio's maintenence think they should be paid extra for coming to fix anything. When maintenace finally comes they give you this look like they should get a tip or a raise. The rent was ok but there's always a problem there. If you a real person you'll get no peace. They are all a bunch of phonies living there who are all on welfare probably who never work & come home all drunk all hours of the night & care nothing about life or anyone else for that matter & for real don't ask the management any kind of question because they'll just lie to you, they claim they don't take welfare or section 8 but that is a lie. My neighbors above me were always home & too lazy to even take their trash to the dumpster. Always leaving it outside their door & they weren't the only ones. Now they've changed their sidings, woopty woo!! Just remember folks, god don't like ugly!!

Venterra Realty strives to have the best employees in the multi-family industry. We take pride in our honesty and integrity. I'd like to take the opportunity to respond to the following claims in this commentary: We encourage our residents to contact the offfice immediately should they expierence leaks in their apartment homes. We have brand new roofs at Bent Tree so issues of this nature come few and far between. Contact the Manager and she will be more than happy to bring this to the attention of maintenance. As for our maintenance staff, they do not accept tips nor have they ever done so. This is not a practice they expect from any of our residents. Bent Tree is a conventional property, meaning, we do not participate in the Section 8 Program. We have qualifying standards in place that all prospects must go through prior to making Bent Tree their home. Please feel free to come to the office to review this standard. We always encourage our residents to come to office with any issues, whether this be a maintenance related issue or concerns with surrounding neighbors. We do our property walks on a weekly basis to address concerns but there may be occassions when things may be over-looked such as trash on a resident's door. Again, we encourage you to give us a call, drop in a note or come to the office should there be a concern you'd like us to address. Thank you.

NAHHHHH, of course you'll say all postive comments on the BENT TREE. I don't expexct you to say any negative things about it. Sorry though you're in a business to satisfy your customer & don't feel bad it's not just the bent tree. Pretty much all the apartment places are the same in this area of San Antonio. I'll say this though the name is fitting. You'll sure are BENT over there & none of you have people skills. Don't let that one fly over your head, LOL. Thank you very much & mentioning names is not necessary because no one there is even worth mentioning, you can't slow me down!!
