Have lived hear close to 2 years and I have not had major issues. However truth be told they do not tell you upon leasing you will be spending an additional $25 a month on water, garbage and gas. You have to pay an extra $40 a month to have the newer appliances, that is if you are an older tenant. They are usually pretty quick about fixing any maintenance problems. I live in a very quiet bldg and that is a big plus. The "curry posse" are very quiet tennants and stick to themselves. And my CPS is very low ( I live in a bottom unit). Parking is okay. The units themselves are old and the cupboards, coounters, doors are worn. Do not get a unit with the bedroom by the staircase, you will hear everyone come home late at night. I am lucky and the people in my bldg are quiet. The staff is friendly and quick to get maintenance working on your problem. The washers in the laundry room have stagnant water and can smell your clothes up. NOt all though so you have to be careful. But they do over charge a bit. However I do not have any bug issue in my bldg although I hear some other bldg's have a problem. I recommend if you want quiet and safe you will find that here. But look around you may find a better deal. This is not the place if you've got kids there is no place for them to play except the driveway and parking lot.

Manager's Response |

| Let me assure you that we at Bent Tree pride ourselves on our dedication to resident satisfaction. Though it is our standard practice to go above and beyond for our residents, when it comes to issues with the lease contract there is little room for exceptions. As it is a legal contract, there are specific stipulations by which each party must abide. We would love the opportunity to further discuss this with you; please stop by the office. Thank you. | |

lol lol=== this is to the manager's response. these apartments have mold problems, lazy employees, and frequent bug problems in MANY of the units. I have been out of these apartments for the better half of a year and I stopped by to have something verified on my rental history. There were people there still complaining of broken a/c's, water heaters, and mold. In addition to the fact that management seems to change every three months the leasing company seems to train each replacement to say only one thing, "We're working on it". If you feel that you have the time to spare waiting for the majority of your lease for temporary repair to major appliances this is the apartment for you. If you expect to get what you are paying for there are DEFINITELY better apartments in the area for the same rate or lower.
