| Here at Bent Tree the safety and happiness of all our residents is a priority. Unfortunately, when crime rises in the area, it can hit anywhere. Although Bent Tree has felt, from time to time, the rise in crime, it is certainly few and far between. We have made, and will continue to make, improvements to prevent crime and suspicious activity in our community but cannot do this alone. Working together to be more aware of our community, from residents to staff to our Courtesy Officer, we can all make Bent Tree a place we are proud to call ???home???. | |

Yeah definately one of the worst places. I lived ther in 2006 for only 6 months & the only reason my car wouldn't get touched was because I could see it. Luckily because I have a nice suprise for those cowardly heartless with 1980 hustles, lol. Yeah & if the management of cindy & melissa are still there, that answers everything. LOL, good luck...

To the manager, what improvements? A brite light? Now they just see inside our cars better.. How hard is it to put up cameras and plant some grass.

lmao to the person who wrote about rocks.. i agree.. it looks STUPID! i guess they thought that rocks would keep the smell of cat s**t away... .yeah it dont work! crappy try! and their one line of grass.. haha that does what?!?!? i sat on my porch the other night and saw a guy try to break into 5 different cars (i call the cops of course)... this place sucks! the office staff dont care about ANYTHING... the pools are always green and not taken care of.. they had to refil the pool and guess who had to pay for it!! we did... the water bill that month was UNBELIEVABLE! i can't wait to get the hell outa this dump!
