We moved in during January 2005. The second night we were here the pizza guy got jumped in the parking lot. A visitor got her car vandalized. We have a constant roach problem after several bombs and sprays. There are stray cats/kittens that are everywhere. People let their children run rampant at all times of the night. You get people who knock on your door and then run away. People play their music way too loud so you can't even hear your tv. You can hear all your neighbors through the walls. You can't sleep at night with the fear that somebody is going to break in. The pool is always green and the trash dumpsters overflow onto the ground. The parking sucks because sometimes you might find a spot and sometimes you won't so you park in the red zone and get towed. My air conditioner started leaking and destroyed my computer monitor while I was at work. We couldn't get a home phone because the wiring in my apt was old and shoddy. When we went to the office they told us that we would have to pay to get it rewired. Which means tear down the wall and replace the wiring. That is stupid to fix a problem that should have never existed in the first place. If their wiring is bad they need to fix it. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone to live in the ghetto hell. We moved in because we needed a place right away. I will never make that mistake again. Thank God I only signed a 6 mth lease.
