Since we've moved in, we've had nothing but maintenace issue after maintainance issue. There have been so manythings wrong with this apartment, it wasn't even clean when we moved in.

Things get fixed only halfway and usually even that much takes forever.

The manager is great but this place is a lot to overcome.

The children around here are lawless, several dumpster fires caused by children, one at 2 in the morning. The furniture by the dumpster constantly doesn't help much.

Something is always leaking, A/C never cools the house. There are a lot of drugs in the neighborhood with people actively pushing them at children.

All of San Antonio has the gate code so having a gate is pointless and the mailboxes have sat open for days at a time. At one point mail had to be gotten at the office because the mailboxes were broken.

Pool rarely open, green most of the time and lots of sand in it when it is open, no supervision at all. Health department had to come out because of the pool sitting with a few feet of nearly black water in it, mosquitos everywhere due to that.

Laundry facilities rarely functional, constantly being vandalized by unsupervised children and even adults at some times.

This place is hooker central. That brings even more unwanted traffic into the complex. There are holes in the back fence, which is made of cast iron, which allows people to come and go bypassing the gate, using the alley.

Pop machines rarely work and when they do it's the pop lottery because you never know what will come out when you put your money in, if anything comes out at all.

Nearly every morning you wake up and there is trash all over either from kids or partying adults.

Parking is a nightmare and your cars are not safe here. Vandalism and theft.

There is NO place for the kids to play here. In fact, your children are just not safe in this neighborhood for a multitude of reasons.

This place is situationed next to a bunch of low-rent motels which brings even more undesireable traffic into here.
