the management sucks and nothing will change. management is unprofessional, rude, nasty cocaine users. they raised the rent, 4 what they are still ghetto. The poor kids here have to play in dirty areas. cant even keep the grouds clean. the laudry facility is unbearable. they have done nothing to renovate this place. just jack up the rent for their cocaine habits. these apartments suck and would not recommend to no one ever.

this is the terrace manager. please feel free to leave your name. don't be afraid of a malicious slander law suit. you are probably just a trashy resident who couldn't pay your rent and was evicted during our "clean up" phase. we "terrace management" are all willing to take a drug test to discredit all your accusations!! Are you willing to???!!!
