Bitterwood Apartments

Thought it was quiet, BUT... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived here for a year and at first, I thought it was a quiet community with mostly older residents. But, come to find out, the walls and ceilings are EXTREMELY thin. I've heard the person above me peeing in the toilet, having sex and even walking from one side of the apartment to the other. Also, the workout room sucks. The staff has made no attempts to keep it clean and both the treadmills don't run properly. You can tell they're having problems getting new residents lately because there are so many vacant apartments. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone because it is overpriced for what you get. Oh! and the painters did a crappy job painting before I moved in.
