Bitterwood Apartments

The staff are thieves. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   When I moved out I still had UPS shipments going to my apartment. UPS always delivered to the office and left a note at the door. Since I was no longer living there, I guess the staff decided that I didn't need my package - so the maintenance man took it. Needless to say I was pissed. But the management said it was my fault - not the staff member - for not putting in a change of address. Hello' UPS isn't like the Post Office where you can turn in a change of address form. Dumbasses.
