I've been here for 3 years during my college days and living in the far back on the complex, it used to be very quiet and peaceful until some ------- jerks moved in and started parking their big ugly redneck trucks all over the lawn and throwing their Whataburger trash and beer bottles everywhere. They are absolutely annoying and stay up until about 5:00am screaming and yelling outside in the lawn.
The office is somewhat slow and disorganized. A couple of years ago I was being overcharged on my rent because a staff-member failed to adjust my renewal rate. This wasn't corrected until I dropped the F-BOMB on someone.
Now, they want to front you for $8 on a water bill that they never send you. And apparently, the back gate that is supposed to be secure managed to disappear at one point this year. The paint is chipping off of it and looks really tacky and some dumb ---- thinks he/she is really funny putting Vaseline all over the number pad at the exit gate.
All in all, these people are allowing irresponsible dumb asses to live here and this place has certainly deteriorated in general since I've been here. I am glad that I will be relocating at the end of this May.

Hey there....not sure if you'll see this again, but I'm the same one that posted the above message. I live in the very back of the complex and actually, just got off the phone reporting the same jerks that get away with being loud and obnoxious at 3:30am. From what I hear, our property manager has changed yet again, this will be our 3rd manager in the last 6 months or so. I certainly would not recommend this place for yourself. Go somewhere else. I've been looking in the 1604/Stone Oak area and despite the high price, it appears to be worth it.

Those dorks that lived in the back finally left once thier lease was up. I guess even they didn't want to pay the higher rent. The management did nothing about it and just let another party group move in upstairs.
