I have been here for going on 3 years, I am the last remaining tenant in my building since I moved here - everyone else is new. Where I am at, located in the rear of the complex, it used to be very nice, quiet. There were grown adults living here so you know they knew how to maintain their living space and respect their fellow neighbors.

NOW.....a completely different story. There are a bunch of jerks that apparently live in the last apartment next to the fence in building 35 that are constantly making noise, leaving their big, hefty trucks parked all over the lawn, making noise at 3am. I actually had to endure one of those dumb fools, who was intoxicated at the time during the middle of the day, back into my car and then prompted to say it was my fault. And I know I am not the only one who has complained about these kids, yet they are still allowed to keep their empty cardboard beer boxes all over the place and had a broken door left on their back patio for all to see from the stairway.

It's unfortunate how these particular tenants have been so disruptive, so clumsy, careless and disrespectful, yet none of the people who have managed or are still managing this complex has yet to throw them out of here.

The pet feces that are left all over the lawn always seem to remain, at least until these fools illegally park their cars in it on the lawn or step in it on the way to their illegally parked vehicles. The pool areas are not well lit after sundown until closing time either.

I certainly would make sure, if you are considering this place, you tell them you heard the back of the complex sucks bad and to put you somewhere else or just tell them no altogether.
