Property of the Year From: leasingguy23 Date posted: 7/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I never actually thought I would enter the fray and post a review on this site, but alas, the stupidity and ignorance of the other respondents has forced my hand. Blanco Crossing is a model apartment community. I have lived on many properties and dealt with many management companies, and I can honestly say that the team at Blanco Crossing has it together. It is an apartment community, there are rules that must apply. The management is not the enemy and they cannot determine exactly who leases an apartment. There is a little gem called the Fair Housing Act that prohibits discrimination in these situations. We have a safe, clean, affordable community and should be proud of it. This property has been impeccably maintained for one of its age and the staff does a great job attending to the needs of a very large group. I am a leasing consultant with another management company on another property, and I will be renewing my lease at Blanco Crossing. As a note, those of you who are so determined to damage the reputation of this property; take a grammar course before you let your fingers start typing!
