Total unsatisfaction From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   If you are moving here, I would seriously reconsider going somewhere else. Since day one I have had nothing but trouble with my apartment. I have had several work orders for various things that were broken or found broken after I moved in. Every work order that was put in was done half assed. Parking is horrible, even with the parking lot recently restriped. I've had to do some repairs on my own to make the apartment energy efficient. A/C went out on me three times in the middle of a Texas summer. Each time taking days to get fixed. I've been renting apartments since 1996 and by far, this has been the worst experience ever.
