My girlfriend and I were thinking about renting a townhome in this community. The main issue(s) we had before renting here is that they refused to show any home aside from the model. They have basically gave us the run around. One reason, we needed to complete the application and the non-refundable deposit in order to see one. Another story was that there were non available. Another story was that they had one vacant but could not show us this unit because it was being "made ready" for the next tenant.

I do understand the "made ready" aspect, but if you really want to lease a home you should be attentive and willing to satisfy the customer, which they completely did not do.

We've included our rates accordingly.
