When I moved into Blue Swan back in '01 it was GREAT!!! Equity was the management company at the time, then as soon as Pinnacle took over it went to CRAP!!! Truly!!!! It is apparent that this management company has MUCH lower restrictions/standards about who/WHAT can move in here. It was evident by the age/type of the people and vehicles coming in after the switch. Not to mention the loud, late night gatherings, kids/convicted looking adults (and maintenance crew) hanging out by the stairwells/pool area, and abandoned vehicles lingering about. Moreover, the landscaping (i.e. trees, grass, flower beds) ALL went downt he toilet as well. I mean there still there, just not as nicely kept as before. The pool area behind the office WAS awesome. Now the pool furniture is not being kept up, repaired or replaced because apparently the people in the "hood" (Blue Swan Apts) need some pool furniture for their own private patios/balconies. It just amazes me that people would ruin their own living environment. Another example of the type of people that are and contiue to move in here. Blue Swan has also emphasized the "ghetto" effect by placing bright orange chain locks on randomly selected gates around the pool. WhAT IS THAT FOR'!! They have NO good reason for that, at least not to date. As for maintenance, I haven't had bad service, but only because I ALWAYS go in and STRESS that I want it done that day. However, the maintenance crew really is comprised of a bunch of idiots. Example: my parents were visiting and my dad had to help them put in a light fixture in someone else's apt because they were clueless. Not to mention that my kitchen faucet has yet to be fixed properly. Anyway, overall this place sucks now!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Good luck and I hope this helps. Please feel free to email me with questions.

The bright orange locks were to keep people away while the pools were being cleaned. I was happy to see them! Eventually you never saw them, that was because they stopped cleaning the pools.
