I've been here for just a few months..so far so good I guess. I had a few minor things that needed to be corrected when I 1st moved in..no one has came or acknowledge those items..I mentioned it a few times and also sent an email and still no reply. But I can still function day to day without them so its not that BIG of a deal it only turned me off a little. When you move somewhere new you want it to feel "new" you don't want things already broken so that was a "little" turn off that has made me question whether I will renew my lease. However I did need something fixed recently and it was done the next day I was surprised because I've heard so many bad things about maint. but so far so good I can't complain. Its quiet...I would like the gate to be closed sometimes because I thought it was a limited access gate but for the most part I have no major complaints and I hope it stays that way..I've settled in pretty well and I like...so far so good... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Well inside the apartments they are actually nice. the pool area seems to be clean. The gym is unfortunately not, it has been dirty for quite a while. as long as you dont bother anybody, nobody bothers you. the noise is okay although sometimes there are noises coming form the pool. drugs in the area are happening for sure, i have seen them. im just waiting for my lease to end and im out. its not that its bad, but i had to install a security system to feel safe.

This area has gone downhill the past 5 or so years. There was a shooting across the street at the Mark and also a shooting just on the corner at the little market. Parliament is an extremely busy and loud road even though it's just two lanes. The area is considered "ghetto" and there is a lot of crime (check the crimebase online for details.) I'm leaving; I can't stand it here, honestly. The area is convenient for shopping and highway access but the crappy people ruined it. Blue Swan itself stinks as the structures are not in good shape, the wiring is faulty, the plumbing makes loud groaning noises, the AC drips all over you in the shower, the stoves stink when you try to use them, there are roaches and skeeters around and lots of dog poo and mud. The maintenance never show up and do crap jobs, anyway.
