Dissatisfied...going downhill FAST

Our apartment was not cleaned nor did it have any work (maintenance) done to it prior to us moving in. The tiles on the kitchen floor have turned yellow because of the flourescent light and because they are so old, and the tiles are slipping apart to reveal the floor beneath. All of our windows (with the exception of 1), leak. Our curtains have water stains on the bottom of them due to the windows leaking. (The only one that does not leak is the kitchen window.) We have had maintenance requests for the windows to be fixed and they came and looked at them but never fixed them. Also, the maintenance men never leave a slip in our apartment letting us know when they were there. We were able to tell that they were in our home but they do not leave the proper notification stating that! The balcony floors are not concrete like other apartments, they are 2 X 4?s. We live on the 1st floor and when we look up, we can see the person?s balcony above us and what is up there. Well, our neighbor above us leaves her dog out there when she is gone and when the dog pees, it runs like a river to our patio. One day I was out there when the dog peed; it ran down our door (thank goodness I had it closed), but it splattered off the door and sprayed me. I had to go in and change clothes.
The people in the office give us a cold shoulder any time we call or go in there. The office staff used to be quite pleasant, but not anymore. The only one who is tolerable is Mary. Whatever you do, do not speak with Rose. She will not return your phone calls, seem bothered to be talking to you, and just be a ----- in general. When we moved in the gates were not working and the management told us that they would be up and running in 1 month...2 years later and they still don?t work.
There is no grass around our apartment and when it rains the walkways get completely covered with mud. We have to run and jump over the mud to get to the steps leading to our door. When we walk our dog (and it is muddy outside), we have to take him to the bathtub to wash his feet. That is a royal pain in the ass...if you think about it, you have to walk a dog at least 3 times a day, and it stays muddy for a couple of weeks at a time! It seems like a lot of the landscaping is diminishing all over the complex. The only thing that seems to last are the bushes, but they are pretty thin and wimpy!
I could go on and on with our complaints but I would suggest to friends and family: "DON?T MOVE TO BRAESVIEW!" I am so glad we will be moving soon!!!!!

True, true, all true. Thankfully that ***** Rose isn't here anymore. She would hit on my fiance right in front of me and constantly ask about him any time I went by the office! Staff is highly unprofessional. When it rains, everything turns to mud, because there is more dirt than grass in the "landscaping".
