Maintenance staff is good, but office staff has a high turnover(over 5-6 years). Ownership group believes that a high occupancy rate is the only important thing, no matter what type of renters they have living there.

VERY TRUE, and now they are Section 8, so..... And in fact, someone that worked for these apartments told me of the meetings had here by management and owners discussing new ways of getting as much money as they can out of the residents, by implementing new rip offs and increasing old ones, such as the excessive (and non-refundable) "pet deposit" AND PET RENT (give me a break), and giving people the run around until they get so frustrated they just go away, because the less they do, the more money they save. This place is a calculated rip off.
