While living here, I have never had a good feeling about safety. The gates never worked while I was living there and anyone could waltz in at any time. Just as I was leaving, the main gate worked, but the side gate was always still open. The kept giving us notices letting us know they were going to start working, but never did. The blinds never kept anyone from looking in the apartment. Even though I lived on the second floor, I still felt nervous. The doors had two bolt locks and a chain lock, but if someone really wants to get in, they will. Maintenence could come and go as they pleased, whether you knew about it or not. I would come home at night after work, and it wasn't lit in the parking lots all that well and I was constantly looking over my shoulder.
Also, there's lots of noise. My neighbors were incredibly loud all the time. There were constant fights. Now the management can only do so much, but it gets to be a bit aggravating after awile. The "groundskeepers" decided to mow the grass and blow the parking lots at 7 am all the time, even on weekends.
There was never a moments peace in this place. I would NOT recommend living here. The price is right, but sometimes it's worth a little extra money.

Oh god! AGAIN! One more truth I forgot to mention as well! The leave blower, mowers and weed wackers....they DO do that stuff unreasonably early, ALWAYS. Just like this person said, 7 a.m. on a Saturday and right under your bedroom window, a weed wacker and leave blower would start up and go...and go...and go.....It's great they actually cut the grass (where there actually IS grass and not just dead patches of dirt) since they don't do anything else, but come on! Choose a reasonable and respectful time to accomplish those tasks!! No rest, no relaxation here. ANY problems you have with ANYTHING or ANYONE will be IGNORED! You are on your own in this complex!

i agree with these statements but thats not the apts fault. I lived in three diff. apt complexes and its always been like that. Lawn companies always start 7-8am even on weekends at apts complexes. it is a bummer
