My husband and I have lived here only 2 1/2 months and can not wait to move out. This place may have good prices but the quality of everything is below average. Our stairs our rotting off the support beams. We cant wash the walls otherwise the paint will come off, our supposive 2 bedroom 1 bath has no closet in the 2nd bedroom and after we moved in we were told that its only considered a study . Also we were suppose to have a fireplace and we dont abd the air conditioner still does not work properly after being fixed twice. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Oh and one more thing its suppose to be 8 miles from Ft. Sam Houstin its not its more than that because it does not take 20 minutes or more to drive 8 miles .

Air conditioning units in ALL buildings are OLD and have constant problems. Everyone I know here, myself included, has, has had, and continues to have problems with the A/C unit and with excessively high electric bills. They refuse to spend any money to permanently fix the problem. They suck all they can out of you, but refuse to invest any $$ back into the apartments, period. This place is like a bad relationship. You can't wait to get out and once you do, you know aaaall those things to look out for and avoid in the future.
