Don't move to Braesview unless you sincerely like to be screwed around. After a faulty outlet caused my dryer to fry and a fire, management had the nerve to act put out that I wanted to be reimbursed for the dryer. I had to introduce them to a phrase called "preventative maintenance". The office manager Sylvia lied right to my face about what the fire chief had supposedly told her so they would not be held responsible. I luckily did my research and got to the bottom of that little situation. We were without air conditioning for a day and a half and they said that wasn't considered an emergency in the dead of summer in San Antonio. The staff is rude, negligent and seemingly uneducated in what their jobs are. They should all enroll in a property manangement course. Prices are fair as is the quality of the apartments, but the service makes this not worth it by any strech. I've still yet to receive a thank you for my fast action when the fire occured saving the entire building from going up in flames. Take your business somewhere else, you'll get taken for a ride at Braesview!
