When we first moved in the place was a wreck. There was mud tracked all through the apartment, there was 3 different walls painted different colors (in the dining room alone there was 3 different colors), oh and get this, someone had taken a dump in our toilet and not flushed. Our air conditioner didnt work for 2 days and still after 3 months of living here there is still problems with it. And the energy bills are outrageous!! I pay more for our energy bill then my mom who has a good sized home! And our balcony... It is literally falling apart. The wood is so rotted that it crumbels to the touch. It is so unsafe, that we never step out on it afraid we would fall through. Nails are sticking out everywhere on it. Management still after 3 months has done nothing. We would be insane to stay here. I would recomend Braesview to noone. Nothing is worth this!
