Do not let the false kindness and helpfulness of the office staff fool you! All of that goes away the instant you sign the lease. They are rude, insolent, unhelpful, condescending and patronizing. I have lived here for over 2 years (moving soon, THANK GOD) without incident, paid my rent on time every month, cause no problems, and they still couldn't be ruder and more condescending if they tried really, really hard. If you ever have a problem, it is YOUR problem. You're locked into that lease, so they really couldn't care less. Not ONE single issue I have ever had in the years I have lived here has ever been addressed. Nothing is fixed or upgraded. THEY LIE! Everything they say is a lie! There is never anywhere to park, the buildings are falling apart, there is NO insulation at all, so be prepared for electric bills that run average of 150 per month, even if you use very little electricity. Because of the total lack of insulation, aside from astronomically high electric bills, you can hear what's going on in the other apartments, you can even smell what other apartments are cooking, which smells up your own apartment. The washers and dryers in the laundry facilities don't work, nor will they fix them. This place is just a ghetto disgrace. Rent is due ON the first of the month, with no exception. Don't get paid till the fifth' Too bad! If you don't have rent in ON the first, they put an eviction notice on your door on the second. They are nazis. I could go on and on, and want to, but there just isn't enough time or room. Basically, anything at all that you can think of that is or would be horrible to have in an apartment complex, this place has it. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR LIES AND THE OUTSIDE FACADE! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE KINDNESS! THIS PLACE IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND I PROMISE YOU WILL BE MISERABLE HERE!!!!

i totally agree 110% with this review this place looks nothing like their online pictures.

i agree with the lies.... sybil..whoops i mean sylvia talks with many different personalities..she will talk to you real nice (sometimes)with you and than when you leave its a different story no matter what you do or say you can not win with her...she can make the problem to her advantage..in other words no matter how true your problem is...she will turn it around and make it look like it's your fault..its a no win situation....oh and if you are black watch out!!!!!!!
