My husband and i lived here 6 months and it was the worst 6 months of our lives our car was broken into our air conditioner was broke and they had to try and fix it 10 times before realizing the thing needed to be replaced. There is no insulation like the others said. You can hear what everyone in the surrounding apartments says. Maintence is a joke there is always trash lying around. Not once when we lived there was anything outside alive such as plants or grass it was constantly brown and dry. I found a 3 inch roach in our bathroom after cleaning the whole apartment the day before and the managers response was oh thats just cuz its dry outside!! We got charged $1000 dollars when moving out for not cleaning good enough even though the aparemnt was spotless 30 for the stove and oven got charged for a bleach stain and a whole new carpet and if you have a pet your pet deposit says it should cover this like you would think but they just keep it and say that the pet deposit gives you the right to have the pet in the apartment. It is a night mear here and they are so rude and disrespectful its ridiculous. Save your money and go rent some where else they advertise as a gated community but the gates never work and we got charged for a 2 bedroom apartment and what we ended up with was a one bedroom with a den and one closet in the whole apartment! Every single thing that everyone here has stated is 100% TRUE. This is THE most MISERABLE place I have ever lived in my life. I have NEVER been treated SO rudely in my life by anyone. Like the other post said, they are totally fake. They are so overly nice to get you in here, and all that changes the day you sign that lease. They also single out and harrass certain residents, as well. I've never experienced anything so miserable in my life, and I know that they are going to try to screw me when I move out, by charging me undue monies, etc. So, I will be photographing everything upon my departure. I've never seen anything like this complex. It's just horrible. And any problem you may have is YOUR problem. They don't care and they won't lift a finger to make it right. I've had to flush my toilet with a hanger for the last 2 weeks, because the handle is broken! I've had the same A/C issues, the buildings are falling apart....there is not ONE redeeming quality here. I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy.

they are awful apartments the apartments are falling apart and the owner are soooo cheap ohh yeah they are changing the patios yeah but only the fence part not the whole patio
