Horrible Staff

This place is horrible. The staff is very friendly upon lease signing. After that, you become a low life renter. They put bandaids on problems and when you complain about the constant lack of privacy (maintenace putting bandaids on problems, a couple of times in the middle of the night) they remind you with their attitude that you are a low life renter and must put up with it.
They also require a 60 day notice to vacate. If your move is delayed, you have the option of converting your rent to monthly at almost a $200.00 a month increase (in our case) or you can extend your lease, at an increased price if you extend it within the 60 day notice to vacate period, and then break it with a one month lease payment penalty. These added expenses and pressures when your trying to buy a house and close on time are really sick!!! I don't know of any mortgage company that will allow you a 60 day escrow and rate lock. I don't know if this is common practice with apartments but I think this practice is wrong.
The really sad thing about this is that too much complaining could result in a bad reference if your looking to rent elsewhere. One application I filled out stated they are going to ask the question, "Would you rent to this person again'" Think about it.

The 60 day notice is normal in the apartment industry now. I am a manager of another proerty near you and we offer the same thing except our month to month fee is $100. In the case of references thgis is also a normal questions, we usually say "If quaified" I hope this helps you
