Not so bad for the money From: Doggymom74 Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   After 1 year here, my car was broken into. A neighbor and I caught the vandals...literally. I went to the office the next morning, and they were very helpful. The parking situation DOES suck. When I come home after 9PM, I am going to have to walk a few buildings to get back to my apartment. They do allow pets, and it's nice if you have a social dog, because there are lots of dogs living there. This place is a good deal for the money. I have a huge apartment. I was lucky enough to get brand new appliances, carpet, and ceiling fans in every room. I have not had a bad time here. The staff has always been respectful, but I've never gone in there and been ugly to them either. I treat them with respect and ASK what my options are. Like I said, it's a good deal for the money. It ain't the Ritz, but I'm not even paying $700 a month for a two bedroom. There just aren't that many places you can do that on the north side.
