Braesview Apartments

Ok for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived here in Braesview for 6 months. I would have stayed but we are military so we got a bigger place on base. I liked the apartment, the only maintenance problem I had was my bathroom sink busted and the carpet in the bathroom and all in the hallway got nasty soaked and stunk, but they fixed the sink and then cleaned the carpet. I think management is super nice, especially Jessica. What does suck is the parking! If you get home after 6pm, you might as well get geared up to walk a long ways. We came home one night, I'm not kidding at around 930pm - a reasonable time I think - and we lived through the gate on the right side of the leasing office but ended up having to go through the left side gate and park way on the other side because every spot was taken by our apartment. Other than that, I liked Braesview and we're thinking of moving again (to get another bigger place) and considered going back to Braesview for thier 1274 sq. ft apartment but decided not to because of the parking. I have to have knee surgery and I've got two babies so need to be close to a vechicle.
