Would not recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I live here for about 2 years when I was stationed in San Antonio. The electric bills were VERY high. A lot of that has to do with the insulation and construction of the building, not just me complaining about high electric bills in Texas. One huge issue I do want to say is that I own a dog and the repair men came in while I was at work to replace the door frame. (It was falling off) Well they caulked the door all the way around and then left with my dog still in there. Well, he ate the caulking and got very sick. I had to take him the the emergency vet clinic, where he stayed for 4 days and nearly died. I asked the office for the caulking bottles they used to give the vet the specific ingredients so they could treat him. At first they were very apologetic and said it was there fault and they would pay. But when I gave them the $1300 bill, they refused and said I should have put him in a kennel. I told them that they never informed me they were coming in, otherwise I would have. So they filled a claim with there insurance company. About 2 weeks later I get a call from the from the insurance company saying they flat out would not compensate me. I explained how they were at fault and she told me, verbatim, "we will not pay and if you try to sue us it will cost you more than the vet bill so you won't win, that's why we won't pay" I swear she said that. I couldn't believe it! She was extremely condensending. So don't leave your pets out, because they don't care! And they will come in your apartment whenever they feel, without notice.
