The one thing I don't like about this place is the horrible landscaping. When it rains there is mud everywhere and you end up taking some into your apartment!
I also had to pay 75 dollars for missing the rent due date by one day - the first time I had done that in almost two years of renting!! And that was even when the 1st of the month (which is the due date) was a Sunday and I totally forgot.
You get good space for the money you pay, and generally parking seems adequate - at least on my side of the apartment.
