I have been very displeased with the customer service shown by the representatives at this complex on more than one occassion. When voicing concerns they are unattentive and unresponsive. I truly regret moving there and having to deal with them.

I have lived here for quite awhile and seen more than a few owner changes. Had a few problems but in the grand scheme of things, it has been and is a nice place to leave. The maintenance guys are great, once they get the work order. The apartments are getting old but so do houses. You need to help little to keep your apartment nice. A comment about bugs in your apartment, keep your apartment clean. Haven't seen a roach in the apartment I live in. Ants, yes a few times, but no roaches. Your apartment also means your porch. Office staff really can not do much about the neighborhood out side the apartment complex, so quite bitching about it. Use your brain and follow simple rules about keeping your stuff safe. Gates, yes they need attention, but so do the people who insist on driving in the braesveiw gate when they know it a exit only. Also the few and dumb who also park in red zones. Landscaping has improved, but not so the people who think I enjoy stepping in their dog's crap. Can't forget the whatabee rappers who like they music quite loud. What I trying to say is, your apartment is what you put in to it, keep it clean, respect your neighbors and yourself. Help the office guys by reporting issues of noise, dogs, and stuff that doesn't look right. Help yourself and your neighbors by working to make your living enviroment a safe one.
