its ok, maintenance work is horrible, and ghetto, the water is nasty and very very gritty, and the fence and gate are taking forever to be repaired. what the hell is up with that. the apartments over there by the high school have taken down there iron fence and repaired it all in one week, braesview is going on 3 months and still they have only managed to put up 1/10 of the fence, plus the gate has never worked since we've rented from here. lol

I understand the frustration with the property fenceline. Seven of our eight employees live on site and understand completely the eyesore that the fenceline is causing at this time. Please be aware that the contractor hired to complete the fence project has chosen to pull out of the job with no explanation. We are in the middle of a lawsuit filed against him at this time. Unfortunately the property that shares the fenceline has been unwilling to assist us (financially) in getting the fenceline put up by another contractor. We appreciate your patience and continued residency at Braesview Apts. I assure you that we are doing everything in our power to expedite this process. Please feel free to contact the office with any questions.

so then you should get someone else to finish the job. Lawsuits like this usually take years, before anthing is done to the contractor or if any money is given back to the person doing business with the contractor.
