Braesview Apartments

Wouldn't recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I've lived at Braesview for three years and it is not the best place I have ever lived. Some of the staff members I have dealt with are friendly, but they seem clueless about how to help you. It seems like every time I have an issue with my apartment, the staff isn't sure what to do, so they take down my phone number and they tell me the manager will call me back... but nothing ever happens. Last month, I visited the office three times about a maintenance issue and nothing was ever done about it. There are many windows in my apartment, which are pretty... but my CPS Energy bill is ridiculously high. There really isn't any insulation. I am pretty disgusted with the laundry room and I would be surprised to learn that anyone maintains it. It seems like the dryers are always broken and I've noticed a lot of graffiti, too. One thing I like about my apartment is that the price is decent for the amount of space I have. However, I'm not renewing my lease when my term expires. Too many issues with this place.
