I live here at Braesview, and I like it. One review said "it's not the Ritz Carlton", well if you want the Ritz, you should move there and move from your apartment and stop complaining. I think all these bad comments are uncalled for. I have lived here for almost a year, and my apartment is huge and I only pay $829 a month. As for the management, I didn't know they were supposed to be our best friends. I think they are nice enough. I work customer service at a call center and I know people are NOT easy to deal with! As for the neighborhood, I like the location. I'm glad I don't live further down on Patricia, and I think this place is the best of them all around here. I'm glad they send out notes. My neighbor had foil on their window and made me feel like I was in the ghetto, but they removed it when I told the office. I think if you are looking for a big apartment for a great price then this is the place, but if you want hotel service and a best friend, you should move and get a life.

I agree, this place is great. The Maintenance is very friendly and fast. The management is nice, and for the location the price is decent. My only complain is the parking, but honestly who cares? What is wrong with walking and a little exercise? Nothing!

I've lived here for almost a year. And I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up! Nice for the money, but that is it. Maintenance and management suck, the laudry room is dirty - the dryers don't work, and the put a bandaid on what is a major repair. Plus I have noisy neighbors that I've had to call the police on twice! Also, the management staff is inexperienced and poorly trained. I had a great experience during the lease signing, and it has been downhill from there. I could go on, but its not worth it! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The space is not worth the headaches.
