I have lived at Brandon Oaks for about 6 months (of a 12-month lease), and so far I really like it! The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and their maintenance is really good. I have only had to ask twice one time, and when I brought the problem back to their attention, they were very appologetic for and sent someone out right away.
The grounds of the apartment complex are kept very clean as they have an onsight groundsman. Their landscapers do occasionally blow leaves on the patio, but they are willing to clean it up when they do. I thought the rental rates were very low for the area, too, and they have a bunch of nice amenities like a great pool, a fitness center and free after-school day care. They also give you coupons once a month to get deals from a store in the area.
Overall, I would definately reccomend Brandon Oaks and plan to continue living here.
