I have lived at Brandon Oaks for a while and have seen office staff come and go. One of the reasons I stay was becouse of Dana in the office. She always makes everyone feel comfortable and at home. She has since left the office and been replaced with someone else that has no concern for residents needs. The office now is like a bunch of unhappy people that need to find something else to do becouse that are not very customer service friendly.
