Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Spent 1= years at Brandon Oaks. Electric bill was over $200 in summer for 2 bdrm apt! Water bill is a joke! $12 in winter, $13 in summer. Lots of teenagers hanging out at basketball courts using foul language, smoking and often drinking beer. Not a place I would live if I had kids.
