I can understand the frustration with the high electric bill....but there are many factors that I've learned the hard way that play a part in that. I called CPS MAD b/c of my bill. They showed me on my bill that the fees and taxes have doubled in the past year therefore making my bill go up!! Also, the maintenance man showed me ways to lower my daily bill. He was very knowledgable and very helpful. I have been out there with the teenagers when they were cussing around my kids but I called the management right away. Believe it or not they came very quickly. It would really upset when my kids had to hear the cussing but on the other hand we can't control someone elses kids. We just teach ours right. This place has no more "problems" than any other place. But, the people in the office are very nice and always willing to lend an ear...even if it is not about their apartments.
