Reasons to hate this place:
1.Rose who appears to no longer be here is an idiot,she said we could have a homebuyers clause,at move-in it turns out we couln't.
2.stuff just breaks down.
3.parking is not assinged
4.no cable connection in bedrooms
5.required to have grande cable-more $$ than time warner,no satellites allowed.
6.only one stinky dumper/with lots of trash piled high
7.have to pay $25 dep for fitness cntr key
8.dishwasher too small/no microwave
9.bedrooms face the noisy parking lot
10.3rd story building appear to be the slummy part of the hood
11.made u sign a mold disclsure form-whatever that is
12.pretty in front office but the back part where we live the streets r torn up & no grass
13.no outgoing mailbox
oh well it comes with the territory just cant wait to move out!

Your an idiot, The mold addendum if for you to know how to prevent mold, You would know that If you read the thing before you signed it.

Such a sad person...You really need to talk to the office staff. They do allow satelites! Every apartment I've ever lived in makes you sign a mold addendum. They don't say they have microwaves or assigned parking! If you were smart you would have asked those things before you moved in. DUH!

I have no complaints about the staff. They allow satelite but you'll have to pay $1.000 (a thousand)fee. Wich in other words it means you are obligated to get Grande. There no cable in the bedrooms, that'ts true. But, the worst thing about these apartments is the security, several cars have been stolen in less than a month, other have been vandalized, the residents(lately) are not the best - trashy - . The staff denies that several cars have been stolen. They should consider at least hire a police officer in order to improve the security, is really a pitty what is happening in this complex. I don't recommended.
