I lived at Brandon Oaks for a year and a half and was very pleased with it. The only reason we left is becasue we purchased our own home. When my wife was sick the staff even helped by checking on her while I was at work. One thing it offers is an afterschool daycare. Try to find one of those at an apartment in this price range! They also have free movie rentals and have held parites for the residents at the pool. If you factor in the location and the price I don't think you can beat it.
