After living at Brandon Oaks for about 2 years I have noticed a huge decline in overall care of the property. I have a continuing problem with mice and roaches in my apartment. Maintenance doesn't get done until a month later. I have also noticed a great deal of drug activity. I don't plan on staying here and wouldn't recommend anyone else here either! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

your right about the rats alright. I mean the biggest one is at the office the manager.

Yeah, 3 years ago the old manager actually smoked pot with my ex husband during her lunch hour.
