Thats right...poor residents steal shopping carts from HEB at Blanco & West to cart their groceries home. The maintenance guy takes the shopping carts and dumps them in a nice field across the street. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I placed the shopping carts in the field so that the HEB manager could pick them up that same day. Am sorry that i did that but I really don't want this complex to look ugly with shopping carts on the grass.
