The Brandon Oaks are ok... They location is great because your close to both Loops and 281. They are nicely secluded and relativly quite except for the airplanes and all the kids running and screaming everywhere. The apartments are old and things break all the time. The maintanance guys are cool and are pretty good at taking care of stuff but sometimes it's a halfway job. The worst part is the management. They are rude and a bit clueless. Kids make so much noise there very late at night and they don't do anything about it. Also, the parking lot is very dark and vulnerable. If your looking you can find better for they same price or even cheaper... I did
