Now, that I have been here approximately a year. Maintenance is starting to get lazy about fixing things. The laundry room they offer for the people that don't have washing machines and dryers are not very good. There is no hot water or warm water so it's hard to get my work clothes really clean without hot water. They say they have a jacuzzi but it's just a small square pool next to the big pool. It would be nice if they got that fixed. The basketball courts my kids won't play on because they backboards are broken, nets are down, and rims are bent. I don't like the activity center the woman that runs it has her nose very stuck up in the air to people and children; I wouldn't want my kids around that type of attitude and structure. People in the office are pleasant and I see they do what they can. People in the office are not very kid friendly but I just make sure my kids do what they are supposed to and stay away from the office.

The "jacuzzi" is a childrens 2 foot deep pool that my 4 year loves. It was never meant to be a jacuzzi. lol and the basketball court and work out center must be updated since you lived here. but ya. I still wouldnt recomend it.
