I lived @ Brandon Oaks would NOT recommend the property for a few diffenent reasons. First and foremost the management/office staff is rude,disrespectful, condescending and fake. The units themselves are okay but some of the other tennants children who reside there can be unruly and destructive.The garbage system there is gross! You put your garbage outside on the curb to be picked up and sometimes garbage remmants are left outside. Also, the workout room is a joke!

The only thing me & my children enjoyed about Brandon Oaks was the pool-when it was open (it was closed frequently) and when young pool visitors were not making out in it.

Please proceed with caution.

Ya they have to send out notices telling people to stop having sex in the pool every few months.
