Dont get an upstairs unit and say goodbye to parking near your apt at all.

I have a 2 bedroom that I have to keep the air set at 80 just to keep it blowing semi cool air. Even set at 80 it runs 24/7 never reaching 80 degrees in my apt!! As you can imagine my electric bill is over 200 a month. I have had them out to "fix" it already and as you can tell by me writing this it wasnt "fixed". I wont be calling them again. I will be working on the extra cash i will need for my re letting fee.
Parking here is horrid. They will tell you they are working on getting the visitors to stop taking all the spots, but what they dont tell you is that even with all the visitors gone they mathematically do NOT have enough parking spaces. First off they dont have a car limit per apt. As in even if you only have a 1 bedroom you can have 5 or 6 or however many cars you'd like. It is striped to accommodate ONE car per apt. Even the 2 and 3 bedrooms! You can simply count the doors and the spaces and through basic addition and comparison can see that the parking is VERY inadequate. People view the apts during the day when everyone is at work and there appears to be ample parking. But come home any later than 8pm and you will NOT be parking in the complex AT ALL. Like you will actually be parking off property on the main street.
