I rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 months, it was in terrible condition. The manager is rude and so are the rest of the employees, the promise things that they can't seem to accomplish because they have always an excuse. It seemed to me that all they do, is make sure you think they are nice until you sign with them. They are thiefs.

I understand. The place was bad enough that we chose to pay to end our lease early as well. Anonymous obviously has interest int he company...

ya. the fact that someone lived here for only 4 months looks bad on the complex and no one else regardless of how they left. If they cant keep people happy its bad. If they cant select tenants that actually pay their rent its bad. Right? right. Either way there isn't really a defense. The complex needs to improve and FAST.

i really think this company loves DRAMA. This is sad to read that there is so much negativity in this place. The place to improve is with retraining staff on BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is a lot more difficult to get into a BAD mood than to stay in a GOOD mood because you never know what is going to happen.

i have lived here for around 6 Months now. I just resigned my lease only because I have bought a home and will not be complete until December. Overall i think this place is nice. My family feels safe and parking is not an issue in the apt i live at. I park in the same three different parking spots Every time. Towards other apts i do see the congestion. I would not like that. The one Huge problem i do have is that Time Warner Cable does not provide to this complex AT ALL. Grande is cable of choice here and it SUCKS!!!. I tried to work a deal w/ the complex to allow me to hook up Direct TV but you have to have an outrageous insurance policy to work this out. And a $500 fee is kept until the dish is removed. So Ridiculous. They would not budge. Seriously, Grande cable is fuzzy goes out frequently. Had to watch Superbowl last year and i actually missed plays because of this. So mad. I am out in 5-6Mo and I will be rid of Apts for good. GL all.
