We lived at Brandon Oaks for two years. The first year in an upstairs two bedroom, the second year in a downstairs three bedroom. The only reason we moved was because my husband took a job transfer to another state.

We always felt safe there, and never had any problem with noisy neighbors. The maintenance staff was great. They are very friendly and professional.

I don't know what the others are complaining about. Some say kids, but when you move into a complex with mostly 2 & 3 bedroom apartments you have to expect families with kids, the pool was rarely closed and the apartments were in decent condition.

You can't expect any place to be perfect. The office staff was great. Finally someone came in to get out those who were living in violatio to their leases. Too many people get large dogs illegally and then don't clean up after them. I love large dogs but hate the mess their owners leave.

I would definately recommend Brandon Oaks.
