I have been living here for the past eight years and Brandon oaks has been a great place to live at yeah this place has had its ups and downs but now that the old manager Linda has been back it has been very nice, well kept, and it looks like the way it did when i first moved in. Some of the good things about this place is their basketball court area where everyone can enjoy surrounded by bbq pit areas, the pool is very nice could use some new furniture but its exceptional, playgrounds large enough for the kids to have fun, very nice floor plans. I just transferred to a smaller unit very very nice upgraded appliances, floors, and i actually love the wood looking blinds. Also their maintenance staff are very respectful and polite you call in things they get done the next day or the next minute if its an emergency.
