Grande Cable is the worst cable i have EVER had and im not exageratting. Complex only works w/ them. Time Warner does not provide for this complex at all. I tried to work w/ complex on setting up a dish and they would not allow it. You need a ridiculous insurance policy and $500-1000 dollars to hook it up. They dont want dishes on their propety cause they get Kudos from Grande. Seriously, i missed parts of SuperBowl last year because this cable is fuzzy, goes out frequently and is outrageously priced. I see cheaper deals on internet so i called Cable Co. They said i HAD to stay on plan I was on and that it was not available to our area.BS!!! Otherwise apt is ok.
